After bringing our van, Vinny, up to the North West we were keen to ensure that we found a local roastery that we loved. In May 2017 Manchesters leading independent coffee spot, Grindsmith, opened their revolutionary new coffee laboratory in Ancoats, and the coffee has certainly not disappointed.
Pete and Luke had researched and prepared meticulously to ensure that they have crafted outstanding coffees from South America and Africa. Our coffee of choice is the Kamunyaka, a single origin Kenyan that is a stunning example of what we all love about Kenyan Coffee. Its juicy, with intense ripe blackberry and apple flavours and a syrupy body.
